"I currently work as a driver for Transportation Solutions and I'm happy to say that it's a great company to work for. The job is busy yet relaxed, and the vans are always nice and easy to drive. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them get to their medical appointments, which is always a rewarding experience. The management team is friendly and considerate, making it easy to handle time off or appointments.

However, there are some challenging parts to the job. Traffic jams can be frustrating at times, and some clients can be difficult to work with. Despite these challenges, I find the job to be fun, enjoyable, and rewarding overall. I highly recommend Transportation Solutions to anyone looking for a job that combines driving, customer service, and a supportive work environment. 

"There is no "typical" day as each day you're meeting new people and going to new places (which suits me fine after years of working behind a desk). I get to help people get to where they need to be and enjoy conversations with people from all walks of life. Management is focused appropriately on safety and timeliness and is very helpful mentoring on how to fix or problem-solve when a new or unusual situation occurs (which happens a lot during the training phase) and is very quick to respond to questions. The hardest part of the job is learning how to calculate distance and drive time and when road conditions might affect the schedule. Overall, I am very pleased that I took a chance to do something I'd never done before."
